Tae Kwon Do

Inyodo Martial Arts features the traditional Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do.  Tae Kwon Do is the art of hand and foot. It differs from Karate in that it has more dynamic kicks.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling martial art that teaches a smaller person how to defend against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a modified version of Japanese Judo and Japanese Jiu Jitsu.

Self Defense

All martial arts are a form of self defense. In combining various martial arts Inyodo, is able to put together a well rounded self defense program.

Kickboxing

Our kickboxing classes are great for teens and adults alike. We offer an amazing cardio workout paired with kickboxing skills training. In our classes you learn a variety of kickboxing combinations as well as proper and safe technique.  We incorporate Muay Thai methods into our cardio kickboxing approach.

Hapkido is a Korean martial art focusing on self defense through joint locks and throwing techniques.
